Hubby checked his credit file and amongst the known marks he noticed the following for his Barclaycard:
Taken out 17 November 2007 (Balance is £6082)
File shows ok for Nov 07 , Dec 07, Jan 08 and Feb 08
March 08 - 1
April 08 - 2
May 08 - 3
June 08 - 4 ...
80 results in 0.0026 seconds.

Following advice on the DMP section of the forum I've now sent out CCA requests to 4 of my 5 creditors (1 overdraft) using the template on this site.
To cut a long story short I owe 26k to 5 creditors. DMP was started 5 years ago when total debt was 45k.

My mother has been sent a default notice saying she was sent a letter regarding the outstanding arrears and failure to pay within 14 days may result in a debt collection agency asking for full payment or arranging a monthly repayment. and a default notice will be served.

Why Won't Barclaycard Default Me ?
