I have noticed a trend emerging amongst utility companies especially towards 'paperless billing'.

This is where you effectively get your bills online and do not get paper ones sent in the post. Companies post this under the guise of 'being green' but I take issue...

I've sent my first CCA requests this morning. I have checked my credit file and listed each account individually. I'll update as the CCA requests come through.

Got a letter through from red dcs on the 10th sept

Account overdue from O2 by £130.
