Agreement question
Where do you stand when you take out a credit card agreement which gives you a lifetime fixed rate to transfer balances, then maybe a couple of years later increases that rate by fourfold?
I know that terms & conditions can be changed at any time, but this would be a major change insofar...

As we are now struggling with the monthly bills, i decided to ask the bank for a list of direct debits going out.

PPi reclaim or stick with unenforceable

IPA changes from Dec 1st 2010
Summary of changes.
For all new IPAs from 1st December 2010 the new rules for calculation are now in effect
IPAs put in place before the december 1st will continue to be assessed, including future variations, using the old guidelines for the full 3 years of the IPA.
