hi does anybody know if a company goes into administration can i still claim from the company, reason i ask is i have been told i will lose my job on 18/12/12 but i have to claim notice and redundancy from the goverment would i be able to make a claim against my employer and be a claiment to the assets...Last edited by carol01; 24 November 2012, 21:49.
