Here before us is the inevitable problem with Overdrafts, that being that they are all repayable on demand.

Surely this can and does lead to alot of being becoming financially stressed even if it is for only a small period of time (ie 1-3 months) or for a longer term problem (3+ months)....

When we were with Lloyds, they had a habit of upgrading our bank account automatically.

I can clearly recall that the one day we went to purchase a garden item in B&G (DIY)Store, and we knew we had a healthy balance at the time, well not exactly wealthy but it was well in credit LOL!...

(1) Authentication check/enquiry

(2) Identification Generic Check

What can be the difference in these 2 checks, both done on the same day?
