I'm starting this thread because I want you to tell me what makes a Landlord a bad person through the eyes of a Tenant. I know what the law says I should do in each case but it's time you told me what should be expected of a Landlord regardless of their legal obligations.

Hi. I applied for a Vanquis Credit Card card by post. I got one of those pre-approved type mail shots and thought what the heck, emergency access to £150 would be quite nice.

They then wanted to finalise the application by 'PHONE. I got a letter stating they needed some additional info....
