    Hi,

    Does anyone have the email addy for the CEO or someone high up at o2 please.

    Seems the only way to get anything sorted these days is to go up to that sort of level

          Thx everyone,

          emailed mr Dunne and got the desired result.

          Basically I'd contacted CS online to cancel contract in Jan but wasn't actioned, and got another bill through. After email the bill has been cancelled in full
