Missing Folders

    Missing Folders

    Help Please !

    I am not very knowledgeable on computers but l have some how managed to lose two important folders from my computer is there any way l can find them. The computer uses Windows 7. Not sure what other information to include.

    Bottom left - click windows icon and search for the folders by name, files within it or any other relevant keyword.
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.       Would the roll back feature work if they have been deleted at all - not sure - not used windows 7

          Only if they were deleted and you knew when you deleted them.

          From the OP query above I presumed she meant she had moved them and couldn't find them in her "drive"....

            glad you found them

            Next time remember, always search and anything relevent within the folder will show in the search results....

            If it doesn't then restoring may be an option, as Oscar suggested above

              There is also a program called RECUVA I have found useful in the passed to recover deleted files.

              It is free and from the makers of CCleaner
