  • Quick answer needed please

    Morning All,

I know what the law says about this, but I'm trying to find the exact piece of legislation that states the seller of a motor vehicle is responsible for notifying the DVLA. I know they are, I can find loads of references, but nothing mentioning the actual piece of legislation.

    Any help much appreciated please.

    Hi mate,

Not off the top of my head but isn't it actually quoted on your "logbook" in the small print in the section of the form to send off? Will have a look in the files.

    regards

      Part IV of this perhaps?
