I work on a private business park and have seen signs that you can't park on road a few of us have and a pcn company as come round made notes of our reg no's and is now issued us with parking fines that we haven't paid.. We were told to ignore them as we wouldn't be taken to court for 160.00 is this right?

Hi, I think the law has changed regarding this. You are best going to a website that specialises in dealing with these, unfortunately I can't remember the name- if no one has added it over night I will find it for you.

Good call. Think I've got confused got letter in post to say I parked car on private road and did several others. Noticed now they are putting pcn on vehicles and not putting in post. Are the consequences still the same?Comment
