Parking notice from VCS at Liverpool Airport
Hi all,
Received this notice and appealed to VCS, which was obviously rejected. Is it worth appealing to IAS? According to various things that i have read, it's a complete waste of time.
I was returning a hire car to Hertz and my wife was following to get me back home. She...

Vehicle Control Services - £60 Fine
VCS have sent me a PCN for £60 for parking on a private car park over the allotted time. I did, I agree. I was having a pint and some lunch.
This firm doesnt use BPA (POPLA) so the kangaroo court of IPC (IAS) is at play on this one....
I really don't need this nonsense right...

A few weeks ago my car was the lucky recipient of a PCN from LPS/Local Parking Security Ltd whilst parked next to a friend in an (unbeknown to me) private car park. For some bizarre reason he didn't receive a PCN although he didn't have a pay & display ticket either.
I followed the...

PCN
Hi, I parked in a parking bay on a road today and couldn't see any parking notices. When I came back half an hour later I had a parking ticket. I had parked next to the notice!! BUT it had been obscured by a hedge. Son checked around the parking sign and found that leaves and branches had been pushed...

Council PCN
Got a penalty for parking in a loading bay. It was after 6, when (as far as I was aware) anything went. Although I didn't check for any signs. The bay did say loading.
Basically the ticket says go to court and get a CCJ if you don't pay blah blah blah.
If it went to CCJ, baliffs...

Civil Enforcement Officer is a complete moron
Evening all,
Just a quick complaint to make and to be honest need to get this off my chest before I explode.
I was making a delivery in town today and I was parked in the loading bay and as you can clearly see on the photo I wasn't breaking any parking laws. I'm in white...Last edited by Scrappy Coco; 15 February 2013, 19:30.

Supermarket Carparks
This is an experience I had once when helping out a friend.
We had gone to town to do some shopping. We shopped at Sainsburys and then walked the 5 minutes to the town centre for some lunch.
When we got back, there was what appeared to be a parking ticket on the windscreen because...
