Hello all tried to settle an old Pcn from the council after a visit from the bailiffs they sent my cheque back and also blocked my payment online I thought I had a right to avoid the bailiff and settle with the creditor direct

Hi, I parked in a parking bay on a road today and couldn't see any parking notices. When I came back half an hour later I had a parking ticket. I had parked next to the notice!! Got a penalty for parking in a loading bay. It was after 6, when (as far as I was aware) anything went. Although I didn't check for any signs. The bay did say loading.

Basically the ticket says go to court and get a CCJ if you don't pay blah blah blah.
