I had an overdraft with Halifax for 500.00. It's gone up to 950.00 with charges. I'm paying it at 5.00 per month as agreed with albion collections, but Halifax have passed if to Fairfax solicitors, who are putting pressure and threatening legal action if i don't pay them direct. I am currently ignoring them but continuing to pay direct into the Halifax account. Is there anyway I can get the charges taken off the account?
