They seem to come in various styles, usually continental.
Are there any markings on it?
Another one here went at Christies for nearly £500 in 2003.
A set of Nuremberg brass cup weights | LATE 18TH CENTURY | Christie's
It may pay the mortgage for a month or 2, who knows.

it has no stamp or anything on the bottom, but there is detail all around it and it is rally heavy i think brass_______________________________________

It will be brass or could be bronze.
There should be weights marked in Oz's on the cups.
You need to look out an auction house near yo, or maybe your local museum will be able to guide you exactly.
My local museum was very helpful when I was a boy, identifying my William the Conqueror silver penny
