    Well after the small campaign I waged couple of years ago on this subject the FCA actioned as the FSA etc just stated no action but might look into it., mind you HSBC informed customers a while back that the change was coming to proceedures. HSBC state they will look for any credits after 3.30 p.m. for that day..
