Article on Paperless compliance and paragraph 1 statement refering to regarding Royal Mail standard proof of delivery because of the Royal Mail Guarantee. also e.mail comments.

Certain areas on forums regarding DVLA Swansea, response to letters sent to the, well the guarantee serves comment on the issue if you have to.
