          Evening Folks,

Been away and just managed to catch up on all the diaries.

Been sorting out mine as well and I have received 2 copies of the same letter from Fred`s, one signed by someone called Fredrickson International and the other unsigned.

I did see a reply from ScabHunter in reply to a similar letter to mine that someone else received.

I`d be grateful if you could point me in the right direction Scab Hunter.

As always, my eternal thanks for all the help I have received from Niddy and all his team.

So would I. They are obviously attempting to use pressure tactics, by accusing you of 'not responding adequately' after giving so little time.

Sorry, pal, that tactic won't work on AAD members. We can see through your silly little game.

                    5th June:
Letter from Wescot, The opportunity to take control of your outstanding balance.
                    Good Morning,

Latest from Wescot giving me the chance to take control, (thought I was in control with the help I have received here), usual crap about helping me to help myself.

An opportunity to make re-payments that I can afford, no further phone calls, letters, text messages or home visits.

They would appear to be ignoring the SWID letter sent beginning of May.

Any suggestions as to my next move gratefully received.

                    Many thanks.

I would just ignore that, as it is entirely stupid and does not even threaten you or tell you to do anything. If you did want to reply, then you could tell them to look up the word “negotiate” in the dictionary, because the last time you looked it didn't mean “ignore every communication which is sent to you”.

I wouldn't waste paper or postage unless they say something coherent.

                            Good Evening fellow fighters,

Latest from Wescot regarding this account is a threat to lift my doorstep, giving me a final chance to avoid having to jump over the hole that will be left when they take it.

I was going to remind them that they have ignored my letter informing them of the dispute along with the bugger off and leave my doorstep where it is.

Please let me know if this is the right tactic.

Many thanks for all the help and support I and many others receive from Niddy and the team.

                            TY

It is the right tactic. Just be sure to write the letter carefully, so that it does not acknowledge the alleged debt.

                                TY Scabhunter,

the following was a copy if you would like to check it over, it is the doorstep visit applying to Scotland and I just added a bit about the letter they received and ignored.

Please be advised that I will only communicate with you in writing. Should it be your intention to arrange a doorstep visit, be advised that under OFT rules, you can only visit me at my home if you make an appointment and I have no wish to make such an appointment with you.

Any attempt to visit will be pointless, as no discussion will take place and you will merely be asked to leave, which under Common Law you must do immediately upon request.

For your reference I also draw your attention to the Land Reform (Scotland) Act, 2003, specifically chapter section 6 (1)(b)(iv) which States:-
6 Land over which access rights not exercisable
                                (1) The land in respect of which access rights are not exercisable is land—
                                (which)
                                (iv) comprises, in relation to a house or any of the places mentioned in paragraph (a)(ii) above, sufficient adjacent land to enable persons living there to have reasonable measures of privacy in that house or place and to ensure that their enjoyment of that house or place is not unreasonably disturbed;

I trust I make my position clear regarding any more threats of doorstep collection visits and that you will communicate in writing only as per my reasonable request.

I would also bring your attention to the letter I sent to your company dated 8th May 2013, to date which you have continually ignored, made no attempt to reply to or address the points raised in it. I do have proof of posting and also the electronic signature given when the letter was delivered to your premises.

Be grateful if it could be checked over, many thanks
