    Hi Vint,

    No they aren`t.

    The Monument one is an IMPORTANT NOTICE telling me continued non payment could result in more direct methods of recovery including a debt collector calling or a county court claim being issued against me with all that entails.

    They haven`t complied with my CCA request, well they did but sent me someone`s agreement from Sheffield.

    The MDSW one is a FORMAL DEMAND warning me about ROSO, a doorstep visit or the account being sold. This one Barclays have admitted .

      will wait for their response to them letters. This lot are a new DCA for the accounts, Mercers, Calders and Freds have all been seen off.

        Just be ready with the doorstep threat letter, if they push that one again.

          TY, I was pretty worried about it all till I was directed to this site. Now i just chill and relax about it all and enjoy the games with them.

          This place is a godsend to everyone who does find their way here by whatever means.

                Letter from them stating they sent me a final response in May, acknowledged the SAR and pointed out the parts of s78 that had been repealed. Tried to intimidate me with "Carey"

                2012

                Jan 11th
                Uncomplete SAR received.
                Jan 16th
                Letter sent asking for the missing information,, original signed agreement, statements etc. Threw Ezsias v Welsh Ministers and said I would be making a complaint if I didn`t get the information.
                Jan 20th
                Letter from them
                "Further to your recent request for information under the Data Protection Act of 1998, please find enclosed a copy of your original application"
                This copy actually has a stamp top right and included in that is a different card number from the one I had.
                Jan 25th:
                Letter sent asking for the missing information again, informed them it is my final request for them to comply fully with my SAR or I`m complaining to everyone I can.
                Feb 8th
                Account in dispute letter sent.

                Letter informing me they are dealing with my complaint.
                April 27th:
                Letter saying they are still looking into my complaint. They will get in touch by 27th May.
                April 27th:
                Letter about my complaint, apologising for all the calls and they have removed all present and previous numbers from their records.
                May 25th:
                Letter from Mercers, asking for payment. Niddy deemed this also a default notice.
                June 12th:
                Letter from Resolvecall, threatening a doorstep visit. They did visit when I was away. Fuckwit also called today, I told him this was in dispute with Barclaycard and if he or anyone else came to my door again, I was just calling the police.

                Letter from Calder Financial, As I have failed to contact Mercers, (lol eejits I have the letter and proof of postage) They want paid within 7 days.
                11th August:
                Doorstep letter to Calder along with a copy of the letter to Mercer`s 12th June. Told them to read it and not be telling porkies about me not contacting Mercer
                4th Oct:
                Letter from Barclay. Formal demand for payment and notifying me that they intend to file a default at the credit reference agencies.
                26th Oct:
                Letter from Risk Management Alternatives (RMA), This account has been passed to them, usual crap, want to arrange a payment plan to avoid further action. May also instruct Scotcall to visit me.

                new DCA on this one, I think I should be sending Account in dispute and the Scottish doorstep letter.

                Please advise me if I am incorrect with this.

                    In respect of missing statements, Nationwide only hold copies of statements for a period of 6 years and therefore regret that we have no additional statements that we are able to provide."

                    Latest from Freds regarding this.

                    I can copy the CCA request along with proof of posting and their signature for it and tell Freds to go see them. I don`t feel I need to do another request for this if i have the proof.

                          Hi I2D,

                          I have already done that before the threat of legal action reply.

                          I can easily copy the relevant info and tell them to whistle regarding making another request. Nationwide must be forgetting I also wrote to the boss regarding the shitty letter I got back regarding my original request.

                          They have actually sent me it twice, which Niddy said was . Silly tits.

                            Morning Everyone,

                            Update on Nationwide, I replied to Freds, these companies make me laugh now. Nationwide, sent me a CCA in my partial SAR, the reply I got from the chief exec`s lackey and one in reply to my original CCA request yet Nationwide still say they never received the request.

                              Letter from Calder Financial, As I have failed to contact Mercers, (lol eejits I have the letter and proof of postage) They want paid within 7 days.
                              11th August:
                              Doorstep letter to Calder along with a copy of the letter to Mercer`s 12th June. Told them to read it and not be telling porkies about me not contacting Mercer
                              4th Oct:
                              Letter from Barclay. Formal demand for payment and notifying me that they intend to file a default at the credit reference agencies.
                              26th Oct:
                              Letter from Risk Management Alternatives (RMA), This account has been passed to them, usual crap, want to arrange a payment plan to avoid further action. May also instruct Scotcall to visit me.
                              31st Oct:
                              Letter from Barclay informing me this has been passed to RMA
                              31st Oct:
                              Reply to RMA, account in dispute and Scottish doorstep letter.
                              Hi Again,

                              Latest on Barclay No 4

                              Got a letter from them informing me RMA are on the case, bit late as they have already written to me and I got a call from them last night. Poor lad eventually hung up on me after 10 mins or so off going round in circles with me.

                              Also replied to RMA with account in dispute and doorstep visit.

                              Thank all you wonderful folks for all the help and support I and many others are receiving from this fantastic site.

                                RMA run off very quick when challenged, MBNA use to use them as 1st stop DCA
