                  So today received a letter from Midascreditservices on behalf of Moorcroft Debt services (they have bought from Lloyds my overdraft so separate to previous post regarding Lloyds loan). It basically says that because no agreement has been reached they will either refer the case to their home collection division or recommend their client (Moorcroft) take legal action.

                  Shall I reply with anything????

                            Received a letter from Wescott stating 'reduced settlement offer' basically says it's a final attempt to avoid further action, this is in respect of an enforceable debt so what's the chances they will offer a fairly low settlement offer? Or is there a letter I should send?

                              I'd ignore them for now. Are you wanting to settle? How much is the debt?
