LLoyds debt recovery letters

We have several old accounts with lloyds and as yet have not sent anything as CCA requests not applicable.

Have got 2 letters today advising that we are in arrears for our payment plan.. shall i respnd to this or wait and see whay they do next, as the letters dont actually threaten anything?

Just wait for now.

I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
