NW account due to 4 sets of terms being sent. I sent the 'sold in dispute' template to Wescot. I've had a couple of letters regarding this telling me that they are investigating, they've written to their client,
They have now written to me again saying that they now consider the matter has been resolved because their client says so
"Oh, okay, I'll get my chequebook out then!"
