Not heard much from most of our creditors, just Nationwide o/d and Quickquid which keep sending letters from different collectors. We also have a mortgage shortfall of £12,500 and a secured loan of £8,000 chasing us. Good to be back. Have looked in many times but only just plucked up the courage to return
welcome back glad you are okay )

Sometimes ,it's just a bloody relief when the inevitable happens and our hand is forced..As long as you and your family have a roof over your heads and food on the table that's all that matters.....
Fair play to you for coming through it still standing

I know you are Pixie, depression's a funny thing tho and makes you think things a bit differently. Getting there now tho. Got more debts to worry about of course but don't have to worry about keeping a roof over our heads any more. Such a relief

Can you advise the best way forward with the mortgage shortfall and what was a secured loan please. I've not heard much from Kensington regarding the loan but Nram are constantly writing and ringing at home and at work wanting income and expenditure figures. Should i just make a small monthly offer?
