Absolutely samsmum, please note how the bad arithmetic always works in their favour, note it was six payments not four payments etc.

Bunch of crooks who should not be allowed to continue in business.

Thanks for that. One big mistake i'll never make again is taking a payday loan. Or any other. Hindsight's a wonderful thing. So is learning from your mistakes. Thanks again

Morning all. Just looked at my Simply Be online statement and they've added another £53 charges, the g***, but also says £1 payment made on 13/09 but then reversed on 19/09. Take it this the pound i sent for the cca?

Not sure whether to post this here or what i'm really asking, just on a real downer today. Just found out i need another op so the chances of me going back to work any time soon are very remote. Also just had reminder that after a year of letting us pay interest only on the mortgage it goes up by £180 next month and we cant extend it. My dad always told me if i didn't have bad luck i wouldn't have any luck at all. Moan over!!

            Hi samsmum,

Just a few ideas for you to kick around. You say you work, have had your 28 weeks statutory sick pay? If so have you moved to the lower level of incapacity benefit? If you have been off for a long while you can move to the higher level of I B and of course if your OH works then you will be entitled to working families tax credits.

If your OH doesn't work then income support should come into play, reprobate ne'er do well sibling of Mrs G has not worked for at least 26 years yet they have just been re assessed for the next three years and got the lot plus a payout for fake whiplash. Grrrr! So I think you are entitled to something.

As regards the mortgage it is a priority debt and all your unsecured debt pales into insignificance compared with that so that must come first.

As I said just a few ideas for you.

            regards
            Garlok

Thanks for the reply. Good to know. My manager told me i got ssp for 12 weeks so you've cheered me up no end. It'll keep us going for a while then.I'll look into all that tomorrow. As you said our mortgage comes first. Not heard from anyone regarding our non priority debts( well they ring a lot but not answered)but hopefully if i keep doing it step by step as you tell me on here i should get it sorted eventually.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply

Yes, ignore for now - thats not a very good offer anyway! If Gothia buy it, we'll get that reduced by over 60% anyway so no, continue to ignore and/or reply saying sorry, no can do - I'll pay you £150 to settle and close it, or pay £1 per month.....

Hopefully they'll then sell it on. They won't accept but that's fine, until they sell it on they can't write it off their books as a business loss thus not many direct lenders do deals.....

Personally, i'd ignore them for another month

Just received another letter from Ambrose Wilson and charged yet another £12. Two leaflets enclosed. One with advice from OFT stating contact your lender. Mm tried that several times. Says always pay your priority debts first. Yep doing that too. Other leaflet tells me to contact their debt advisors Financial Management Consultants if i've got loans overdrafts etc. Think the connection here is they wont help you reach an arrangement unless you pay monthly fees to their dmc

Just received my first CCA requests back from Reliable Collections regarding my 2 accounts and now i've got to figure out how to send them. . Totally hopeless with anything more technical than a remote control so wish me luck...

I would suspect it is too big!

My site can cope with 20MB - I suspect if you're not using hotmail you may have a bigger file or maybe smaller allowance....

try sending ten emails with one page on each if needs be...

Or simplist all round is load to the site - if its then too big you'll know cos you'll see an error there and then!

read this for simple details - its so easy it hurts! ---> User Guide - Uploading your Documents to the Site! - allaboutFORUMS

Wehey - see you did it!

I shudder to think how many agreements were there, I presume there are two - Ambrose Wilson & Simply Be?

In any case both are totally unenforceable as they are recons filled in by the staff at JD Williams - NOT you, and we all know they do not insist on signature prior to sending goods so ooops to them!

Can you just clarify how many accounts you have with the Home Shopping Group (ie JD Williams etc)....

However those within the emails are all

                                Well done -
