Do not pay this. Cancel the DD and ring your bank and say you've lost debit card. That generates a new one that they cannot touch.

It is a good feeling indeed to take control of the situation. Well done on moving your bank account over, an important first step.

No pooing, you'll be fine, these payday companies shout a lot but they are still just unsecured creditors and are treated the same as everyone else. As long as you've cancelled you're old debit card they can't do much but scream, then you should try to set up an agreeable and manageable payment to them, co-incidently I've seen cases where CCCS pay them off first to get rid.

Do i just tight now and wait to hear from everyone? Not heard from anyone that was on the dmp yet. Reliable collections send me a nice letter most days(and charge me for the priveledge)saying i'm ignoring them despite the fact i've set up a standing order and written to them explaining i'm long term sick. Feel like i should be doing something but not sure what

Just ignore things until they send a CCA Request - don't worry, you'll be fine....

Just received letters saying the 2 MBNA accounts have been passed onto Debt Clear Recoveries and Investigations.Says to contact them but that they will not be charging any fees or interest. Also received one from Reliable Collections re Simply Be and Ambrose Wilson wanting me to fill in an income and expenditure form and they will continue to charge until i do this. Do i just ignore them all still please?

Think you need to chat with Niddy, to see which route you want to take, he will be back later

                                Hi samsmum,

I would not consider filling any I & E form for anyone at all unless ordered to do so by a court of law depending on the route you wish to take. Only a court can order this and any information I was ordered to supply would go via the court. They have no entitlement to this at all. Makes me mad when they demand these things. However as I2D says lets se what Niddy has to say first.

                                regards
                                Garlok
