Ok, will keep it on for now. Its not an agents account although some stuff has been sent to other addresses so best to leave it.

      Re: BlueArmy Diary.

Received a "A little reminder" letter from mbna requesting immediate payment of last months missed payment. Ignoring it.

Is that the best course of action while awaiting their reply to my CCA missing terms blag?

Letter was dated the same day I sent the missing terms letter so its not any kind of reply to that.

She went into debt and suddenly Kays sent me a catalogue and said I had £200 to spend with a £300 limit as there was a £99 deduction for the remainder of my microwave.

They basically assigned my debt to my neighbour back to themselves.
Was that also why you were sent the Ann Summers catalogue?

            Re: BlueArmy Diary.

Just to keep diary up to date. Had an email asking for payment from MBNA. No reply from them to blag letter about missing terms as of yet. Various phone calls which I allowed to ring off. Alot from Egg which I noted the times of.

Not had any contact regarding the CCA from Asda(Santander), Egg or Barclaycard yet.

My next asda statement will be due soon. Cant understand why they havent replied to my cca request.

                Re: BlueArmy Diary.

Received my CCA from EGG this morning. Cant believe how big it is. Its about 1.5cm thick!
It has a copy of my original agreement and original interest rates and current t and c's.

What parts should I upload for you to look through Niddy?

Also, I feel like I am pushing my luck ignoring the calls without trying to come to some sort of token agreement....

I know I have been told numerous times not to worry but its hard.

                  Don't worry, it's fine....

All I need is the cover letter and the original pages that show the prescribed terms and your signature etc.... so usually the first 4-5 pages will do it. If I then need all the terms, I'll ask you....

Acknowledgement letter received from Barclaycard. Updated diary post 6.

                              Nothing special about that.
