      Got a statement from BOS on Saturday for this account and today got a letter in from Wescot, they have contacted BOS and have been informed that the matter was dealt with in the final response letter sent to us in April 2010 confirming that our complaint has been rejected and that all the relevant documentation had been provided.

      Wescot believe that the dispute has been resolved, if we believe we still have a valid dispute to contact them within 14 days or our account will be returned to the rec overy team.

      Just ignore until we hear from them again? Cheers guys and hope everyone had a good weekend

        Therefore, if you still wish to make this request, you shall need to do this in riting with an enclosed cheque or postal order payable for £1.00'

        As this account has been assigned to Wescot do I start all over again with a CCA request or what else do I send them??

          I doubt it would be worth sending them anything other than, perhaps, a reminder that the CCA previously received was illegible.

                Letter in this morning from Wescot informing me that 'they know of no genuine reason why you have failed to repay the outstanding debt'. So they are instructing a Doorstep Agent to visit me and I have a final opportunity to avoid referral, so kind of them.

                  Morning Wescot are not giving up on this one. Sent out Account Sold letter to them and got a reply in this morning.

                  'Your comments have been noted and as we previously advised we require a £1.00 cheque or postal order along with your request for a consumer credit agreement'

                  What is left to send out?!?!?!?

                        Moring everyone. Wescot have given up on this one and it has been passed to Credit Security Limited. Nice letter in this morning from them, pay up within 7 days. YIPPEE away we go again . Will send out Account Sold letter. Hope everyone is well today

                          One from Iqor they have been passed Lloyds Account No 1 so will send out Account Sold to them.

                          Other letter is from Wescot about BOS Pref Acc, which is now on hold.

                                Another letter from Wescot, ignored last one as above. Basically a pay up now letter. Best letter to send out on this one?? Many thanks
