      So in answer to my simple question..... are they the same or different?

      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.             Update:
            I got my the agreement RE: DHs loan that was only taken out in 2009. There is no signature but I believe we got it over the phone you can tell LTSB is takingt he PISS because the interest rate was 18% *irresponsible lending cough*.

            Anyway-- Do you want me to upload it for shitz and giggles or?

                Will Upload the new CCA from Lloyds I know its enforceable as it was a loan taken out in 2008-9 and I would LOVE for them to take me to court so I could prove they lended irresponsibly.

                hOwever Ive just been called by a new DCA Allied International (posh name for a Glaswegian company!)

                Anyway they wanted me to confirm my details and got mad when I didn't. They said "we are calling on behalf of lloyds!" I said good.

                I have just uploaded my Old CCAs for the 2 CC. Hope this helps NID.

                Im guessing I just keep ignoring Allied?
