This was originally with MBNA and passed to Moorgate a year ago. Arrangement has been in place but following a change in circumstances I needed to make a token payment for 1 month before resuming agreed payments. Initially Moorgate were fine with this but then became "heavy" with this and another account.
I CCA'd this, and the other account, as detailed above and have just received a response for this account.
