      Re: Spud's UE Diary

Been making token payments to the Lloyds Account £1.00 per month

They insist on sending me letters that threaten that they "May/Could/ Dream about doing this and that" They never do... But I'm sure they will one day

CCA reply was initially total recon with dodgy details. Then they found a copy of the application form with some terms that bear resemblance to the application. Could be good this one

CCA to be sent to Niddy for Checking over next few days

Let me take a mooch and we'll soon see won't we..... Just send over whatever they've sent you plus the cover letter as that tells us whether it's an original, recon or scan of archive etc so it helps us determine exactly what they have sent and rely on.

You're making token payments so they'll struggle to do that much - stick to it for now.

Lloyds are pretty bad so you'll most likely be fine

          Re: Spud's UE Diary

          Hi Spud

I am watching your thread with interest.

I am dealing with both Tesco and Nat West on credit card agreements. The Nat West one is from 1998 and the Tesco one from 2002. I have had a reconstituted CCA from Nat West and a copy of a microfiche application form from Tesco.

At some point it may be worth comparing notes, particularly on the Nat West one, to see if they are telling us both the same lies. I have a fair bit of info on the Tesco one which was kept from when it was taken out.

          It's in my UE thread.

          Good luck mate.

                Hi Spud.
Just wanted to say good luck on your journey mate. This forum really is the real deal for people like us.
When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

                        Re: Spud's UE Diary

                        Pretty much clean sweep!!

All 6 appear UE but 2 can be remedied (supplying terms) whilst 2 have bad DN's.

                        So good result(s) right now

                            Niddy

Thankyou... I did'nt think that would be the case as some of the CCA's/Terms looked pretty good ( Based upon my Research) - Unless they are the ones let down by the Default notices...

I do appreciate all your help. More than a simple spud like me can say with words!

I dont feel good that I've just sent you 6 odd CCA's - I will leave you alone for a bit now.... Honest

Could I ask...As and when you get chance - and there is no hurry ( I've taken enough of your time)

Could you give the brief details where each fails and which ones can be remedied. I have been researching the Default Notices and will be looking more closely at each of these in the coming weeks.

I would like to get a clear understanding of each and I know others here are watching this post with regard to their own accounts ect. Once I can see where each falls down - I can then ensure that I have a good Grasp of the concept and hopefully help others.

Just think it could be helpful for all.

And yes... While I am there... I'll have jam and cream on it

                            :niddy = True Legend
