  • I would hope that resolvecall would have suspended doorstep visits in the present climate. To be fair to the agents, I think they are self employed. When one visited me, he was very polite and asked me to write to the office saying go away. I think maybe they were hoping I would admit the debt - oh how wrong.

    I don't know if they wear body cams so just be careful what you say if they do turn up.

          • Arrow must be reviewing their accounts as I have had a letter as well saying they have appointed Resolvecall to visit me. I intend to say nothing if they come knocking

            • They do have a tendency to do things in March don't they, coming up to finish year end I guess. Mines result statute barred now so they are clearly trying to resurrect it.
