That would require someone with mental agility and ability at the end Nanna so no I didn't use the old telepathy this time . Good old snail mail and recorded post for me!

Considering the request WAS put in writing (sent recorded delivery), and they responded to this letter, places the latest letter up there in the halls of incompetence.

Well they're not getting much more out of me. I'll send the final response template, and as they're in default of my request until such time they provide an agreement it can stay that way and let them start legal proceedings on that basis if they're stupid enough!

obviously asked them not in writing cos it was printed by laser printer and I am sure they mean you ought to write it by hand using quill pen and your blood as ink

It would appear that Rob Way are starting to respond in kind to the static silence they get when calling my work mobile (I have got a call block facility so all their calls are automatically forwarded to my voicemail).

Today have another call from a number of theirs, but this time instead of the automated BS, I just get 2 minutes of silence. Thinking of the company that got fined for doing this, and the fact all these calls are registered and recorded so I can prove they are doing it, Rob Way need to be careful!

    Hi All

Not much to report the last couple of weeks. I've had some more phonecalls to my work mobile from Robinson Way, but I have their numbers blocked so all they can do is leave voicemails (until they call on a different number, which will get added to the blocked list!).

Other than that all quiet, so long may it continue

Like a lot of others my BC account was sold to Hoist Portfolio Ltd. The Rob Way collection machine has started turning and had letters, phonecalls and email this week.

Not responding at the moment, but will wait and see how the threats escalate..

I'm in a very similar position - about 3 months ahead of you.
I think if they haven't found your agreements over the last 5 years SnV, they are unlikely to be able to find them now

    Good news SnV.

I'm in a similar position to you - in the final year (for most accounts) before they become SB.

All quiet at the moment but as you say there may be a flurry of letters/contact from them as they realise time is running out.

    Here's to the last stand!!!
