  • Requesting CCAs - will it reset Statute Barred Clock

Hey Guys - if I request CCAs from the debt collectors, will this reset the statute barred clock as the debts are about 4 years old?

    Thanks!

The letters on this site have been written with guidance to ensure that this doesn't happen. I would see what other people suggest, but I may hold back on requesting them, especially for the accounts started after 2007 uuntil you start to get a flurry of aggressive letters.
