I entererd into an iva in 2007 and i failed it last year around the summer! I have not heard anything from any of my creditors until recently and I have been getting letters from fairfax saying they are gonna take court action without further notification. I have not replied to any of these usual letters and does anyone know whether they actually will issue a ccj? I got advise from someone and they have just told me to ignore any letters chasing money as they will not spend out more money on bad money as I was contemplating bankruptcy but the advise was to just leave and not reply to any of them!
