HSBC CCA Request

Hi,
We have been negotiating with hsbc regarding a dmp for an account that was originally Marbles from pre 2007 and thought we had reached an agreement but they did not suspend interest and when we wrote requesting this to be done they seem to have forgotten that they ever agreed to it at all!
We have therefore decided to request a copy of the cca to try to establish if it could be UE and wonder should we address this request to the last person who wrote to us from the collections department or from customer services or whoever?
When we send off the request we will add it to our ue diary.

I would send your CCA request to the last person who wrote to you within HSBC since they're the person who has your file on their desk at the moment so to speak. I expect they will pass it on to the Compliance Team.

That way the collections team will be fully aware of your request so should stop hassling you.
