    Daughter's Next Account - Need Help PLEASE

    Hi Folks

    Our Daughter has recieved a letter from Lowells this morning regarding her Next Account....got into difficulty when her partner walked out on her and our Grandson.

    She has managed to fight off Next for a while but now Lowells is on her back, I am not too sure how to handle them.

    We are sending for a copy of the CCA today., so will wait and see what they return to her.

    She is adament that she has never signed a CCA as they did send her one after she opened account and received goods but never returned the CCA.

    Once we have recieved copy of CCA I shall set up a Diary for her.

    Not a big balance but not in a position to help, as you all probably know already, our situation.

    She cannot remeber when she opened account maybe between 2006 and 2007, is there anyway of finding out when she opened account.

    Cheers folks for any help and advice.

    Wait for CCA then take it from there.....

    Start date isn't important right now./

        Hey MM how are you?
        I had one of these Next accounts. I ordered something online as a one off and next thing I knew I had a credit limit and a recycle bin full of catalogues.

        Cabot have mine, my CCA brought back a faded miniscule set of T&C's. I ignore them and they ignore me now.

          Hi Elsa, great to hear from you...sounds exactly what happened to our Daughter.

          This has been in the hands of Iqor and Roxburgh over the past year, she has managed good to keep them at bay, but she has been so scared to tell us, with her Dad not being so good.

          CCA request going today. Will keep everyone posted.
