    Argos card payment protection

    Hi guys
    Last year my Ex took out an Argos card and when she activated it they added PPI. I noticed this in Feb and cancelled it, complained and told them to listen to the recording.
    This week they wrote to her and admitted they had made a mistake and are offering her 22.14 in full and final settlement (this being what she had paid on the PPI)
    Is there chance of getting more or should she just take the money and run?

    take the money - what 'more' would you expect mate? Not long enough to make any difference in statutory interest, just take it

        If they approached you then why not write back and complain 'mis-selling' and all that - they may give some compo.

        If you approached them then they've 'technically' resolved the complaint so you'd not get anywhere FOS related really either.....
