  • M & S card

hubby has a m&s storecard letter from them last year, July 2010, saying that they were passing the account to Rockwell to manage the ongoing payments on the account, and that we should continue to pay M&S until we were contacted by Rockwell.
Never heard from them(well they did phone but we have a truecall so they never got through)
today hubby has received a letter from Rockys dated 2nd sep, stating they are willing to agree to the payment of £xxx and the first payment should be made at a Natwest branch by the 10th sep
a payment for less than rockys asks for has been paid to m&s on the 3rd as we wrote last month to say I was not working and they would have to have a lesser payment,
should I contact rockys and tel them payment has been paid for this month and a letter sent to m&s,and ask for bank details to pay by internet banking OR
should i write saying whotf are you?

    Re: M & S card

I would write asking who the hell they are, after all they can't just pitch up after more than a year and ask for money. The efficiency just makes you despair!!
