    Sainsbury Loan

    Brief history

    Two loans with sainsburys
    Both Enforceable, although no cca requested ( 2009 onwards )
    Status in arrears for two months.

    Debt has been passed onto Albion collections.

    Received letter today from albion saying they have been told to recover debt of 11k ish

    I have sent sainsburys a letter stating i was having trouble paying but so far not had a responce. Any ideas as the best way to handle this?

      Ok so i'm going to send a copy of the letter i sent to sainsburys and see what comes back. Basically proposing a reduced payment.
