they just sent me 7 pages of t&c s with no date or sig from them or me ---niddy is having a look .

ok niddys had a look and he says UE these are the two main pages ,they say im getting more so waiting with baited breath .

A recon is fine if it applies to you in content & form but clearly what was sent here was never received by you at the time you took the card out. That's a fact!

My experience of MK was that they didn't have any paperwork.

Despite that, they issued a claim against me some time ago and with the help from CAG (at the time they were more positive about things!) I sent in a defence and nothing more has been heard.

Not long after they issued one to my OH, not a connected debt in any way. Paul took this one on and they soon discontinued and covered his costs.

They really should get their act together before issuing claims like confetti, but I just wanted to let you know what happened to me.

You have the answer to this in your post number 168. Look at the terms & conditions that were sent to you. They also contain the cancellation notice! In other words, the document that you signed, did NOT contain the terms and conditions at the time of signature, (the prescribed terms). Section 127(3) kicks in.
They cannot touch you.
I am a bit in front you on this, next contact will be from MKRR Rapid Recoveries, who will pretend not to have any information from MKDP and will try to start all over again.
Letter going in post to MKRR tonight telling them not to bother ringing me again, nor writing, as I will not correspond any further as this matter is irredeemably unenforceable. Ombudsman adjudication.

If you really want to confuse them, send a nice polite letter, enclosing copies of the statements showing a nil balance. Politely inform them that you are more than happy to accept that your balance is £0.00 and please stop pestering you for NOTHING.
Once again, I suggest you read my post, Barclaycard & Right of set off. Did the same to me!
