Bankruptcy OR deposit fees to rise
As from 1st June 2011 the receivers fees are set to rise
OR's fees will be £525
Court Fees (refundable if on certain benefits) £175
Meaning now it'll cost £700 to declare yourself bankrupt now..

For assistance with fees contact your local CAB or cccs.co.uk they'll send a list of various trust funds that might be able to help with costs etc
