    Does this then mean that in essence when you sign terms in the original and traditional format, it is a breach of UTCCR? That'd mean almost every CCA would be UE based on UTCCR...

    Isn't this similar to the argument originally made by institutions over PPI?

      And overdraft fees and late and default charges on CC's etc

              Problem being its bloody expensive and little case law precedent to fight (and win) under UTCCR - ask the OFT
