Cabot wrote last year about my partner's Argos card that had been about for years, going to Eurodebt etc. They were given the option to supply CCA, SAR and deed of assignment on the full account, but wrote back to admit it was not possible and they would not be following the debt any further. Now, 19 months on and from their Worthing office they feel they can re-open and bully the debt again. Does the team feel that a complaint is in the making? I love their tactics.....let it settle then try again, probably with the excuse that a different office is now dealing with the case. To me, Cabot means Cabot, irrespective of being in Kent or Sussex.
