  • when does the date start from??

I was thinking about changing my mobile and I was wondering when the period past actually starts from.

Now my understanding is that a lot of searches only go back 3 years and I have been clean since 15th Jan 2010( date of last default), so when they search do they go back 3 years from the actual date of application or is it the month etc????

Month I would think. However I got a new contract with O2 with no problems and currently have two defaults less than three years old.

It's the month so for a new Vodafone contract they'd search Nov 2009 - Nov 2012.

You'll be fine with Voda. They're pretty good tbh
