3 Mobile about to have a tablet

Hi,
Hope this is the right forum.
My 3 mobile contract is due for renewal and i am now receiving around six calls a day to my handset and answerphone messages when arriving home and calls later on in the evening.
I have spoken with them regards to renewing, new handset etc but told them over a week ago to stop contacting me.
I was thinking of writing to them using this as a template, removing the case quotation and adding in the reason why i am writing to them.

Does anyone know if the first and last paragraphs still apply?
