Solicitor wont give documents back

This joke of a man has done nothing but milk legal aid from me. I have contacted his office 5 times today looking to have my documents relating to my bank sent back to me so I can do it myself and I was told by his secretary that I cant..............

What can I do as he wont phone me back or anything!

Send a SAR - they have to respond to that! * They may say that legal cods are exempt - yes, only if used in a current case in court, which this is not.... k
