    Is this backdated - am confused based on dates.

    Is it already with solicitor or are you LiP?

      Yes this is also with solicitor, I didn't hear back anything, after filing the first response.

            This is true

            A claim Discontinued is a claim *WON* especially if the Claimant consents to a dismissal of the claim at the same time.
