English and Welsh Water bills to fall 2% over next year

The new yearly statement came in the post this morning......

DWR CYMRU Welsh Water:

Total for the year: £527.84

This is made up of: £220.67 for Water Charge
Sewerage Charge £307.17
total= £527.84 @ £52.78 over 10 months.

Water Charge @ £215.72
Sewerage Charge @ £300.00

Total for year = £515.72

@ 10 months installments £51.87

3 bed house, one bathroom with shower, one toilet, and 4 of us live in the household....

Received my water bill in the door this morning, crikey it's gone up lots.

Although I expect others will be paying more than me so I shouldnt really grumble really.
What I would like to know is, does the actual bill go on your own individual household itself?
