Hi all,

I looked through the sticky on DNs but wasn't sure on one point, the date and the 14 days.

I have 2 DNs from Cahoot/Satander S87 (1) that have a date of the letter and they say has to be remedied within 14 days blah..It does not say pay x by y date. they then go on...

I know they can do this, just a bit annoying.

Mum had a house of fraiser store card, always paid on time, never any big balances.

About a year ago they decreased her limit, and today they have cancelled the card, because of routine checks lol

It all stared on 27 Feb 2012, I sent Santander a letter of appropriation and gave them 2 weeks for a reply.

This quickly passed by so I sent them another letter on 12 March 2012, they have had a further 16 days and I have heard nothing from them, not even a letter acknowledging receipt...
