Hi all - I'm getting really hacked off with EDF

I have a plan set up for 47 pcm for gas and 38 pcm for electric - they then tell me my tarrifs are incompatiable with each other after 6 months!

PLUS they take my 47 &38 at my desired time.....then take the actualy bill...

I got a phone call today from Npower - After a 35 min call I agreed to switch from Socttish Hydro but I've never dealt with anyone except the Hydro.

I've been looking for complaints from customers about Npower but can't find anything recent (there are a few from 2008) so I was wondering...
