Just struck me that there are various court case wins/losses and unenforceability issues covered in the forum. Are there any tallies to give users a view of (likely) successes in generic or % terms?

Has anyone had any joy reclaiming back from Creations finance? My mum purchsed £2300 of goods on hire purchase. She paid it off within the year to get the 0% finance. But they had added insurance it cost just under £1000!!!! daylight robbery!! no one assessed her needs she did not need the insurance!!...

Help with business O/D
Hi Guys, heres a little background.
I had a ltd company along with another director. We ran out of work and no longer trade. We had a overdraft of 5k and have not paid anything back. At the time we took this overdraft there was a garantee in place, however i believe this needs to be re-applied...
