I found another loan with TSB/UDT from the 90's complete with account number and showing PPI was added to the original loan, so I sent a DSAR to them at the London address (25 Gresham St) because I could find nothing about TSB UDT Ltd. anywhere.

After nearly 4 weeks and not hearing anything...

This is a good case which I have admittedly not read in full yet but involves undue influence and misrepresentation...something which I am using in my defence against Blemain......so just posted up for information
